Session Description

You can’t get to personalized learning overnight! In this session, participants will be introduced to Dallas ISD’s Readiness Continuum for true personalized learning and explore ways to leverage a tool that helps to identify schools who are ready, willing, and able to dive into PL. During the session, participants will have a choice to explore case studies, resources and tools, and/or join mini-workshops based on needs and roles through an individual rotation model. Participants will leave equipped to apply the readiness continuum to 1) create your own district or campus PL continuum 2) plan differentiated PD to meet campus and district goals and 3) consider ways to identify and support schools who are thinking about, working towards, or truly PL ready.
